With less than 30 apartments remaining, Emerald Lakes wanted them gone and wanted people to know.

With prices heavily reduced, the “prices slashed” campaign was developed and ran prominently in the Gold Coast Bulletin. The campaign was also bolstered by billboards and local television spots.
