Tall Trees Aged Care
In 2011, Tall Trees Aged Care expanded from two neighbourhoods to five almost overnight. An audit of all existing advertising and collateral was undertaken and a new direction created.
Tall Trees wanted their brand to be in sync with the modern design of their neighbourhoods and reflect the professionalism of the staff.
Sales tools including a brochure, small brochures, stationery, supporting mail pieces as well as a new website were all created with a new fresh look.
The advertising campaign saw the reintroduction of celebrity endorser Lady Flo Bjelke-Petersen as a brand ambassador and led with bold and clear headlines that positioned Tall Trees as a real alternative to traditional aged care and nursing home models.
Press and radio were the primary channels used and after launching, sales enquiries increased over 400%.
